Referring another: For referring customers to us, we will pay $100 to current customers for each system leased by a referral from you. And, we appreciate the additional business.

Independent Representative: Assuming you have read through the site by this point, you know that

1. You are leasing to A-B credit public only and businesses

2. You will be leasing 300 Mhz Multimedia computers that are upgradeable at lease time.

3. Barring anything unusual, the systems arrive in 2-3 weeks.

4. Funding is not approved until after the public has received their computer.

With those facts in mind, Representatives receive the following in return for representing our company:

1. The right to use our website(s) to promote themselves. There is a spot on the order form for Rep or Referrer - just have your clients put your name in this field.

2. A straight commission of $400 per system funded. Commission checks are cut every Friday for all systems funded that week.

We expect from our representatives that, in the event a client does not authorize funding of a system upon receipt, the representative do everything possible to correct the situation to the client's satisfaction and not leave all of the responsibility on our shoulders as it is you who has developed the communication line to the client.

Independent Reps may, if they find themselves in a position of having built up a small sales force, request at that time to be recompensed for servicing their group. If this is warranted, the original rep is usually recompensed $50 per system funded by his representatives. These additional Reps must sign the Rep Agreement as well.

You will be mailed an Independent Representative Agreement to sign which basically covers the above. You will not be an employee of Computer Giveaway. You will be an Independent Representative and responsible for your own taxes, expenses and so forth. You may not at any time represent yourself as an employee of Computer Giveaway.
